For my contribution to the exhibition "Ortszeit", in the middle of Mecklenburg in the early nineties and relatively shortly after the Fall of the wall, I created the first version of the duo series. In the cellar of the castle I found several long, narrow dining tables. I pushed two of them together to create one long table. I placed pressure chamber speakers at both top ends and filled them with stones I found in the fields. Both sides of the table then communicated their stone sounds.

Many years later I renewed this first draft of the work and developed a new version with a specially made table.
